With the blessing of Their Eminences Nicholas, Metropolitan of Eastern America & New York, and Gabriel, Archbishop of Montreal & Canada, the 2025 St. Herman Youth Conference will be held at Nativity of the Mother of God Church in Albany, NY. The conference will commence on Monday the 22nd and conclude on Friday the 26th of December.

The conference is open to all youth 16 years of age and older. All registrations will be managed online at the Youth Conference website here.

The cost of the conference is $350 per person (until November 1, after which it will increase to $400) and includes all lodging (four to a room), meals, and transportation from the hotel to the church. Canadian registrants must contact Archpriest George Lagodich for special payments.

Final registration deadline is December 1. Any youth who need a scholarship may contact Conference administrators at the e-mail listed on the registration page. All clergy are encouraged to participate and send a delegation from their parish.
